Sofia Richie Gives Scott Disick Love on His 35th Birthday During St. Barth's Vacation

Happy birthday, LD!
Scott Disick's 19-year-old girlfriend Sofia Richie has given her main man some love on his 35th birthday. The teen took to Instagram to post a sweet photo of the two while the unlikely duo vacation in St. Bart's together on Saturday.
The photo shows the twosome in the ocean and snuggling tight. The birthday boy has quite the beard on him and his lady love is rocking a black bikini.
Scott also posted some images on his Instagram from his birthday trip, sharing images of daughter Penelope writing "Dad" in seashells on their porch.
The bearded personality also posted a snap of him and one of his kids, who is wearing a "35 and Alive!" shirt and also from the "Lord's Lunch," showcasing a lobster meal.

Despite their age difference, Scott and Sofia are still going strong after almost a year of dating.
"Scott and Sofia are still going strong and have gotten more serious the past few months," the insider exclusively told E! News. "They have definitely had their ups and downs, but lately everything has been really good between them."

Rumors of the romance started spreading in May 2017 after Scott and Sofia were spotted getting cozy on a yacht in Cannes. While the model insisted she was still single and that the two were "just homies," fans continued to speculate.
It wasn't until September that Scott seemingly confirmed their relationship status by posting a photo of the two of them in Miami. It was on that getaway that the duo was spotted kissing and partied with Kylie Jenner's beau Travis Scott.
Still, it wasn't clear if this was a long-term romance or a short-term fling. While one source told E! News the two were "inseparable" in September, another insider said the relationship was "not serious" for Scott in October.

As time went on, Scott and Sofia took their romance across the globe, traveling from Italy to Mexico and packing on plenty of P.D.A. along the way.
These two don't show any signs of calling it off anytime soon!

The Foods You Need to Avoid to Keep Your Skin Clear

It's not necessarily greasy foods that are the culprits. It was an old wives’ tale worthy of medical research. Researchers managed to prove way back in 1969 that your chocolate noshing wasn’t causing you to break out, and that was a relief. In fact, science has since proven that certain foods can get rid of your acne. But that’s not to say that said old wives weren’t on to  something  because what you eat really does make a detrimental difference when it comes to your complexion,  according to Men’s Health. A study  published in the  Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics ventured to figure out exactly what the problematic pimple-causing foods were. The research involved two groups of 32 participants; one group had clear skin, the other had moderate-to-severe acne. Each group was asked to complete a five-day food diary and then get blood work done. Of all the participants, 61 percent believed that their diets were affect...

Ida Lundgren and Bianca Van Damme Could Easily Kick Your Butt!

If there were ever two fathers whose daughters would be genetically programmed to kick butt, those would be Jean Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren – two of the most badass actors-slash-martial-artists of our time. They have both taught their little daughters how to defend themselves and look fantastic while doing it. Let’s look at Dolph and Ida first Just like Dolph’s character in Rocky IV, Ivan Drago, his 21-year-old daughter Ida was asked to show off her amazing skills on the boxing ring as well. And, boy, did she deliver! In this photoshoot for Muscle&Fitness, Dolph is probably showing Ida some secret moves and teaches her about the weak spots and how important the footwork is. Maybe he even told her how to beat Sylvester Stallone. Or maybe I’m imagining thing. These days Ida is an aspiring young model, but she’s got a long way to go to be as popular as her dad. She may look like a frail girl most of the time, but don’t let her cute looks fool you! Ida can and...
