Ida Lundgren and Bianca Van Damme Could Easily Kick Your Butt!

If there were ever two fathers whose daughters would be genetically programmed to kick butt, those would be Jean Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren – two of the most badass actors-slash-martial-artists of our time. They have both taught their little daughters how to defend themselves and look fantastic while doing it.

Let’s look at Dolph and Ida first
Just like Dolph’s character in Rocky IV, Ivan Drago, his 21-year-old daughter Ida was asked to show off her amazing skills on the boxing ring as well. And, boy, did she deliver! In this photoshoot for Muscle&Fitness, Dolph is probably showing Ida some secret moves and teaches her about the weak spots and how important the footwork is. Maybe he even told her how to beat Sylvester Stallone. Or maybe I’m imagining thing.

These days Ida is an aspiring young model, but she’s got a long way to go to be as popular as her dad. She may look like a frail girl most of the time, but don’t let her cute looks fool you! Ida can and will kick your butt given the chance. Models are known to be very fierce fighters!
Alright, Lundgrens, it’s the Van Dammes’ turn to shine!
Needless to say, JCVD has been studying martial arts almost all his entire life, and, naturally, Bianca grew up watching her dad exercise and beat people up for living. At first, when she was a wee lass, Bianca hated fighting and martial arts in general, but adulthood made her reconsider that position.

Even going as far as showing kids and teens that they can be feminine and kick ass at the same time. Bianca just wants to continue Jean Claude Van Damme’s legacy, and I’m all for it.
But what do these two gorgeous and intimidating ladies have in common?
Worlds colliding!
And now we’re getting to the best part – Ida and Bianca actually exercise together from time to time! I don’t know about you, but worlds colliding like that make me a happy camper. Can you picture their workout routine? All those push-ups and squats, sparring matches and choke holds… Oh yes, that’s definitely a pay-per-view show material.
But still I’m extremely glad to see these two legendary families come together and do some butt-kicking father/daughter style. Let’s hope they both keep inspiring people and maybe one day we’ll get to see them in a movie together? That would be epic!

Olivia Culpo Goes Clubbing Dressed Like a Sexy Taxi in a Yellow Minidress and Black Balenciaga Boots

On the heels of releasing her own 13-piece capsule collection with Marled by Reunited Clothing, available exclusively at Revolve, former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo hit MNKY HSE club in London Tuesday night in a look reminiscent of a yellow taxi cab. Making us forget all about Uber, Culpo took to Instagram to show off a sultry canary yellow minidress featuring a single white stripe across the front with black buttons. The dress displayed just a hint of tanned thigh, which gave way to bold, black over-the-knee boots from Balenciaga. The statement-making spandex boot style featured a pointed-toe silhouette and sharp 4-inch heels, which pulled her outfit together seamlessly, adding just the extra oomph it needed to turn heads. She capped off the look with a small, black studded Versace bag. The beauty queen paraded the skintight, thigh-high boots down a flight of stairs in one clip on Instagram, writing “from da plane to da club.” Since...

The 6 Biggest Health Benefits Of Turmeric

The benefits of turmeric go far beyond boosting the flavour of your curry.  Here are some of the biggest (research backed) health perks of this super  spice . 1. It's a natural anti-inflammatory  Inflammation helps the body fight off viruses and repairs damage however, chronic inflammation becomes a problem as the body starts to attack its own tissues, resulting in a huge range of health problems. Turmeric has been found to help fight off inflammation with almost the same efficacy as anti-inflammatory medication, just without the side effects. 2. Here's What I Learned When I Gave Birth Without Meds, Twice

My first experience giving birth without meds was crazy. I cried, I swore, I yelled, I called for my mom. The second time, thanks to a hypnosis training, I went into a deep relaxation between contractions. To the point that my midwife thought I was sleepingand decided to take a nap while I was on the verge of delivery. While I experienced as much pain the second time as the first, my experience was very different. Instead of anxiously panicking (and wallowing in self-pity) at the thought of the next contraction, I completely stopped resisting. I rested instead of wasting my energy being anxious. It went by easier, smoother and much faster. This isn’t an article about physical pain, though.  I’m not saying you too should go  au naturel  when you give birth or shouldn’t get shots at the dentist (I definitely get numbed up at the dentist).  The problem I’m addressing is that we freak about our emotional pain the way we do about our phy...
